Warranty Duration
All items purchased from Dynamic Autosound are guaranteed free of defects in material and workmanship with exchanges and returns allowed within 30-days of shipping. Warranty is provided for the remaining duration listed in each item description (all exclusions will be noted in item descriptions).

What is covered
Limited Warranty is provided of which covers parts and labor. All warranties are valid through Dynamic Autosound and require review prior to the item being repaired or replaced. We abide by the same policies outlined by the manufactures in regards to what is acceptable as a warrantable product, and what is unacceptable as a warrantable product.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Products not purchased from Dynamic Autosound
  • Problems that result from: External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power
  • Prior servicing not authorized by Dynamic Autosound
  • Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions
  • Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance
  • Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by Dynamic Autosound
  • Products for which Dynamic Autosound has not received payment
  • Normal wear and tear

Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with their return. Tracking of items being sent to us is required for record purposes and we recommend using UPS or USPS Priority Mail services. Should the item be defective, we will cover the cost of the return shipping back to the customer. If the item is to be found fully operational and free of defects, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.

How to being your warranty process
Please send us an E-mail or give us a call at 1-888-234-4344. A Return Authorization Number will be provided after the type of service required is properly diagnosed. A Return Authorization number is required and without a Return Authorization number, your package will be refused upon delivery.
